Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Dayton, OH that is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6-12 month contract role. This role can be remote, East Coast hours. Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and inquisitive Business Analyst to join our team on a 6-12-month contract. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business and IT, ensuring that complex technical information is effectively communicated to non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on a variety of projects ranging from quick fixes to larger capability-building initiatives. Responsibilities:
- * Analyze and Solve Problems: Identify and understand business problems, and develop solutions to address them
- * Bridge Business and IT: Translate complex technical information into clear, non-technical terms for business stakeholders
- * Project Management: Manage and deliver on various projects, including creating health savings calculators and upgrading intelligence systems
- * Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business teams to extract and understand their needs and requirements
- * Agile Methodology: Operate within an agile or hybrid delivery organization to ensure timely and efficient project completion
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Naturally curious and inquisitive
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Above average oral and written presentation skills
- Solid negotiation skills
- Experience with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is a plus
- Healthcare background preferred but not required
- Experience in an agile or hybrid delivery organization

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
