We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. We are an industry leader in mechanical contracting in the Los Angeles area and have been around for 80+ years. Our clients fall into the commercial industry including entertainment, office buildings, healthcare, warehouses, light industrial, and more. Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience running commercial projects on their own from start to finish.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage all aspects of HVAC projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop project plans and schedules, and ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress.
- Supervise project teams and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
- Manage project budgets and ensure that all costs are accounted for.
- Ensure that all projects are completed in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
What You Need For This Position
- Bachelors degree (preferred)
- 5+ years HVAC PM experience
- Experience managing projects start to finish ranging from $1-5M
- Experience with commercial hvac projects (entertainment, healthcare, office buildings, warehouses, etc)
- The ability to work collaboratively as a team
