The impact you'll make:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished, cohesive video product that aligns with the creative vision and project goals, ensuring high-quality output for various platforms (e.g., social media, websites, broadcasts).
- Collaborate closely with the production team, including directors, producers, and graphic designers, to incorporate visual effects, transitions, and sound elements, while maintaining consistency in style and branding across all video content.
- Plan, create, and oversee the production of diverse content types, including articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
- Manage the content creation process, including briefing, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
- Ensure that all content is high-quality, engaging, and aligned with the organization's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Develop and manage content production schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth production processes.
- Conduct research and gather insights on audience preferences, market trends, and competitive content to inform content planning.
- Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure content aligns with broader strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and metrics to assess effectiveness and engagement.
- Analyze data and feedback to make informed recommendations for content improvements and optimizations.
Must haves:
- 2+ years experience in content production or management, preferably in a digital or media environment.
- Proven experience in producing high-quality content across various platforms.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
