Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and manage client relationships, ensuring continuous communication and satisfaction.
- Follow up on tasks related to design and production, ensuring that all client requests and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams to obtain necessary information and updates, facilitating effective communication between clients and the company.
- Proactively identify potential issues and work towards quick resolutions to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are fully informed and comfortable with the project plan.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project milestones, and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer success, client management, or similar role.
- Background in real estate, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
