Andersen, Tate, & Carr, P.C. is one of the largest law firms in suburban Atlanta and represents businesses, individuals, and nonprofits in both their everyday and most challenging matters. In addition to success as a full-service provider, Andersen, Tate & Carr also has a growing division which specializes anti-sex trafficking litigation.We are seeking a motivated and talented Marketing and Outreach Intern to join our team and support the team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Creating content calendars featuring graphics and captions for social media accounts, while managing posting and engagement as well as potential paid advertising initiatives
- Designing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Writing blog posts, articles, and other verbiage for the firm’s website and external publications, with search engine optimization (SEO) in mind
- Helping maintain and update the firm’s website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Running email marketing campaigns by drafting and scheduling relevant newsletter content and updates
- Maintaining and organizing the firm’s marketing database and contact lists
- Occasionally supporting in planning and facilitating in-person events and fundraisers by creating guest lists, leading marketing efforts, and supporting in related processes
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators for various marketing initiatives
- Communicating and collaborating with internal team members and external parties such as any additional marketing service providers or local organizations to ensure cohesiveness and success
Related Skills:
- Experience in managing social media platforms and running targeted ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn … X (Twitter) and TikTok would be a bonus
- Excellent writing skills for various marketing materials such as blogs and email newsletters
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and website management systems
- Ability to collaborate and communicate, leveraging strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to feedback
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
- Ability to meet with the team at least twice a month via Zoom as needed
