Job Responsibilities
- Draft and edit internal and external communications, including emails, newsletters, and reporting memos.
- Create templates for operational communications and monitor best practices in Slack channels.
- Assist in planning and executing team social events and activities, including post-event follow-up.
- Provide administrative assistance to operations teams and maintain organized digital files.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives, track progress, and address issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years of experience in communications, administrative, or business support roles, preferably in technology or streaming industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English, grammar, and punctuation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote).
- Ability to work independently, manage time, meet deadlines, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably with an emphasis in English, Communications, Media Relations or Public Relations)
