Role Description
We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing / Marketing Communications Specialist with around two years of experience to join our team. This role offers an opportunity for a creative and driven individual to contribute to our marketing efforts and grow their career. This is a full-time hybrid role in Norwell, MA.
Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will assist in executing digital marketing strategies and crafting communications that promote our brand, solutions, and services globally. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of digital marketing and communications, with experience in content creation, social media management, and campaign coordination. This role is perfect for someone eager to expand their skills and make a meaningful impact on our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising, focusing on driving engagement and lead generation.Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing and communications materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone, style, and visual identity across all channels.Content Creation: Develop and contribute to creating engaging content for digital platforms, such as ads, social media promotion, website updates and emails, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and messaging.Social Media Management: Help manage the company’s social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to interactions to build a strong online community.Email Marketing: Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including content drafting, list creation and segmentation, and performance tracking to enhance engagement rates.Event Promotion: Coordinate the promotion of industry events, webinars, and other initiatives through various communication channels, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.Customer/Prospect Communications: Craft targeted messaging for customer communications and prospecting to enhance engagement and loyalty.Project Coordination: Help coordinate various marketing projects, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables align with overall marketing strategies.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and communication efforts, providing insights to engagement and success.Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Approximately two years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related role.Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to create clear and engaging content.Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.Hubspot experience is a plus -- used for website updates, social scheduling, email marketing and campaign analytics.Experience building lists and gathering names for targeting a plus.Basic understanding of SEO, campaign planning and analytics.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, with a passion for marketing and communications.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience
This role reports to the VP of Marketing.
