Job Purpose:
Ensures accuracy of data received by Accounting from Casino departments and maintains spreadsheets, reports, and files.
Job Duties And Responsibilities:

- Maintains spreadsheets, reports, and files by entering cash and credit card transactions, prize funding and payouts, 1099 forms, progressive jackpots, key watcher transactions, and global payment transactions into the appropriate spreadsheet, running reports of data received, creating file folders, and filing reports and back up into file cabinets in alphanumeric order.
- Assist Accountants and Slot File Administrator by reading and testing progressive jackpot and multi-game meter machine software, and performing coin-in meter comparisons according to established procedures.
- Assists Accounting personnel by restocking and ordering breakroom supplies, scanning accounts payable invoices, creating, organizing, and maintaining departmental filing systems and archives, performing Revenue Audit Clerk and Accounting Administrative Assistant duties as necessary, and completing special projects as directed.
- Provides guest service by responding to guest tax and winning information inquiries, requesting information from offsite file company, and providing guests with requested information.
- Ensures the integrity of purged files by scheduling weekly shredding, collaborating with security and maintenance personnel for assistance, updating file archives, and ensuring all confidential documents are destroyed following established procedures.

Education and Experience:
Essential:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 1 year of clerical accounting or equivalent clerical experience
Desirable:
- Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field
- Casino auditing experience
