Virtual Assistant Needed (Contract Work – 1099 Employment). Must be able to work at least 10-15 hours per week. Flexible work schedule between the hours of 8am – 6pm (Monday – Friday Only). Duties Include but not limited to email and calendar management; transcribing meeting minutes, data entry, creating and updating slides; drafting and editing documents, letters and memos, making travel arrangements; making outbound calls; expense and revenue tracking; creating and updating social media platforms.
Required Education: 2-year degree or relevant work experience
Required Experience: At least 2 years of office assistant or secretarial experience, utilizing google docs (Gmail, google drive, google calendar, etc.) and Microsoft office (email, word, excel, PowerPoint);
Preferred Education: Administrative or Business-related degree.
Position Requires Home Office Set-up that allows confidentiality and noise control; successful BCI; however, a criminal record doesn’t automatically disqualify you. Must be able to work at least 10 hours per week.
