Responsibilities
Kforce is searching for talented Human Resource Coordinators for our client in the San Antonio, TX area. The HR Coordinator is responsible for:
- The day-to-day operations of HR systems transactions ensuring consistent application of HR policies/procedures/practices
- Conducts research, organizes and maintains all paper and electronic supporting documentation for system changes and employment verifications
- Audits for and provides clarification of necessary process step completion to all levels of business area leadership and HR/Auditing/Budgeting staff
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be flexible and capable of pivoting from one task to another
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Able to communicate with stakeholders of various levels
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
