Our Client’s Engineering team has launched a new ITAM service that tracks and reports on all internal use end user equipment (macOS, iOS, iPadOS, etc). We need a Sys Admin capable of learning the new platform and performing L2 triage and support for the admin users of the system.
Handling support incidents in Service Now; documenting support trends; triaging and troubleshooting issues escalated to the team; collaborating with the existing team to determine short and long term solutions and enhancements.
