Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Data Entry Specialist to support our clerk space. You will work closely with technicians to validate expenses and ensure smooth operation within the office. The ideal candidate has 2 years of office experience, including payroll validation and inventory tracking. Responsibilities:
- Review work orders from signed proposals and templates to maintain consistency.
- Assist leads and project management in ensuring accuracy of pricing, departmental posting, and billing work orders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with service, parts, and vendors to ensure proper billing and filing of Warranty and Maintenance claims.
- Act as the central point of contact for the sales team, managers, and team leaders/supervisors for reviewing and processing work orders.
- Work independently on projects and coordinate multiple projects as assigned.
- Assist managers with billing disputes and notify the responsible parties involved.
- Perform other job duties as assigned by management.
