Construction Career Collaborative (C3), an alliance of owners, contractors, and specialty contractors whose mission is to positively affect the issues facing the craft worker in the commercial construction industry and establish a sustainable craft workforce, seeks to hire an energetic, talented individual with a passion for the craft professional.
We are seeking to hire an Operations Administrator. The position manages all aspects of the C3 application process and annual renewals. This role interfaces C3, contributing companies, and our training database. This role additionally provides as-needed support for the fundraising and events hosted by C3 through registration management and accounting reconciliation for funds received.
Accountabilities:
Operational Excellence and Process Management for C3:
- Builds and manages the internal process regarding participation by Contractors and Specialty Contractors in C3. Inclusive of initial application and annual renewals and the management of the roster of participating companies, as well as maintenance of their access to the C3 Training Database.
- Maintain the records of all Accredited Employer and Project Participant applications.
- Produces the quarterly bid list and monthly contractor count, including upkeep and distribution of the Specialty Contractor Directory.
- Handles the processing of all applications to participate in C3 events and communicates rosters for all events to impacted parties.
Financial Reporting:
- Accurately record and report all financial payments associated with the application to participate in C3.
- Accurately record and report all financial payments associated with C3 events for accounting and proforma revenue.
Technology Administration:
- Work with the C3 Training Database as the expert and liaison to the development company, C3 participating companies, and C3 staff. Serve as the expert on issues within the database and proactively communicate with management about required updates and maintenance to the system.
- Communicate necessary website updates to the Marketing Content Creator.
