We are dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of children and their families. Operating four Ronald McDonald Houses in the Tampa Bay area, we provide a comforting haven for families with children undergoing medical treatments. ### Key Responsibilities
- **Database Management**: Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data accuracy while training staff on best practices. Handle daily data entry, import/export tasks, and uphold data integrity.
- **Data Analysis**: Organize, analyze, and summarize program and donor data, producing detailed reports for senior leadership and board members. Reconcile donation data with financial records.
- **Impact & Evaluation**: Lead efforts to collect and analyze data from different sources, including guest surveys and donor information, while supporting fundraising initiatives through data analysis and wealth screening.
- **Donor Stewardship**: Ensure timely and accurate donor acknowledgements, update annual acknowledgement letters, and manage donor communications in collaboration with the team.
- **Special Events**: Coordinate event-related data, ensuring accurate tax deduction procedures for auction items and donations.
### Qualifications
- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of three years in a similar role within a nonprofit environment.
- **Skills**: Proficient in Excel, Word, SharePoint, and various database applications, with strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with ethical fundraising practices and relevant laws.
- **Additional Requirements**: Must possess a valid Florida driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
### Physical Requirements
- Must possess the ability to hear and see, as well as lift up to 40 pounds.
- Capable of bending, sitting, kneeling, climbing, and walking as the job necessitates.
