Scheduling Dispatcher/Administrator
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Scheduling Dispatcher/Administrator to join our team and play a key role in coordinating and managing daily schedules for the manufacturing boiler departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all scheduling is executed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high level of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain daily schedules for manufacturing and HVAC departments
- Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure that schedules are met
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to maintain efficiency and meet customer demands
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and any changes or delays
- Maintain accurate records of all scheduling and dispatch activities
- Provide administrative support to the scheduling and dispatch teams as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Scheduler, Manufacturing Dispatcher, or Scheduling Coordinator preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience with mechanical HVAC systems and boilers preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
