### Key Responsibilities
- **Data Collection and Validation**: Gather and verify data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- **Process Implementation**: Develop and put into place ongoing processes for data collection and validation.
- **Data Management**: Enter and maintain data in databases or systems, ensuring precision and regular updates.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze data to identify trends and generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct data audits to maintain quality and consistency, and address any data quality issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
- **Database Management**: Optimize database structures and ensure data security while implementing data retention policies compliant with regulations.
- **Process Enhancement**: Propose and implement improvements to enhance data workflows.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with various teams to ensure data integration and alignment with organizational goals.
- **Stakeholder Support**: Offer support and guidance on data-related matters to internal stakeholders.
- **Documentation Maintenance**: Maintain thorough documentation of data management processes and standards.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to data protection regulations such as HIPAA and CCPA.
- **Inquiry Resolution**: Serve as a point of contact for data-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
- **Tool Evaluation**: Assess and recommend new tools and processes to improve data management.
- **Project Involvement**: Lead or participate in data-related projects, ensuring timely completion.
### Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience, preferably in health plans, MSOs, or IPAs.
- At least 1 year of experience in data management within a healthcare or related setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for detailed reporting and visualizations.
- Familiarity with QuickCap/EZ-Cap is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and Medicare membership is a plus.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, SQL queries, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft BI.
- Excellent data management, entry, and accuracy skills.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and data protection.
