### Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will play a central part in shaping and executing B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies that reinforce customer relationships and enhance the value provided to communities. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and contribute significantly to our marketing initiatives.
### Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer-focused marketing strategies aimed at driving engagement and retention throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, demand generation, customer success, and customer operations, to design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Identify customer needs and create marketing efforts that deliver tangible value.
### Ideal Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or a related field, with 1-2+ years specifically focused on customer marketing.
- Experience in a SaaS environment and/or B2B2C marketing is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to develop and execute customer marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Familiarity with the accounting, payments, or property management industries is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRMs and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- Competitive salary range of $100K to $120K, based on experience.
