## Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a motivated Finance Co-Op to join our dynamic Finance team. This position will offer valuable exposure to various aspects of finance and insight into how these functions contribute to a company's overall success.
## Key Responsibilities
### Oracle Pricing Administration
- Manage price list updates by adding and removing items.
- Analyze product margins and collaborate with Sales Operations, Product Management, and IT to create and automate new price lists.
- Process and submit commercial sales promotion requests and price deviations for approval, and create price modifiers in Oracle.
- Handle other related maintenance tasks as needed.
### Royalty & Donation Agreements
- Track and summarize sales of royalty and donation-bearing products.
- Prepare payment requests and secure necessary approvals.
### Capital Spending and Treasury Analysis
- Analyze and track capital spending.
- Conduct treasury-related analysis and accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting.
### Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Assist the FP&A team with monthly reporting packages, including rolling forward monthly schedules and printing summaries.
- Support operations finance by compiling invoice details for capital debt financing agreements and assisting with capital asset reconciliations.
- Help consolidate work order data from Oracle and work on releasing credit holds for pending shipments under the guidance of the Accounts Receivable team.
### Ad-Hoc Data Gathering
- Conduct data gathering and analysis as requested by various finance team members.
- Assist in assembling journal entries related to assigned responsibilities.
## Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance or Accounting, with at least 2 years of coursework completed.
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Previous experience in a finance organization or with ERP systems (such as Oracle) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.
## Working Conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
