## Key Responsibilities

- **Documentation:** Prepare and process necessary paperwork for new accounts while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- **Operational Support:** Assist in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- **Project Assistance:** Contribute to special projects by engaging in research, data analysis, and strategic initiatives.
- **Event Coordination:** Aid in planning and executing company events and employee social activities.
- **Office Maintenance:** Oversee office supplies, manage common area organization, and liaise with vendors as required.
- **Learning & Development:** Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and career trajectory.
## Qualifications & Skills
- **Education:** A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Experience:** Previous experience in customer service, operations, or administrative support is advantageous. Relevant educational or internship experience will also be valued.
