### Position Overview
In this role, you will lead Agile processes for one or more Scrum teams, ensuring consistent software release delivery within defined scopes. The focus is on fostering team development within the Agile framework and continuously enhancing development processes, product quality, and overall productivity.
### Key Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner and Development Team in achieving customer satisfaction.
- Lead your team using a servant leadership approach, actively embodying Scrum and Agile principles.
- Coach and guide the Scrum Team and organization in adopting Agile and Scrum practices to improve customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate self-organization within the Scrum and Development Teams to optimize productivity.
- Coach teams in employing various Agile and Scrum techniques to enhance efficiency and close any gaps.
### Education and Experience Requirements
- Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., PSM I, CSM).
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.
- Proficient in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Agile techniques such as Burndown charts and Retrospective formats.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- 2-4 years of experience in Scrum Master roles; experience in healthcare product delivery is preferred.
- Background in Agile software development is a plus.
