**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support:**
- Manage emails, including scheduling appointments and handling contracts, quotes, and pricing.
- Oversee financial records and bill payments.
- Organize and enter data in HubSpot while ensuring task follow-up.
- **Content and Communication:**
- Create and post engaging content across various platforms.
- Conduct outreach on LinkedIn and connect with new contacts.
- **Vendor Management:**
- Research and manage relationships with vendors.
- Support procurement tasks as needed.
- **Project Assistance:**
- Assist with ongoing initiatives and team events including client lunches, happy hours, and golf tournaments.
- Act as an advocate for the company in award submissions.
- **Leadership Support:**
- Organize notes and manage various tasks for leadership.
- Facilitate clear communication within the team and with external partners.
**Qualifications**
- **Location:** Candidates preferably based in the Central Time Zone.
- **Experience:** Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative capacity preferred.
- **Skills Required:**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with relevant software.

**Compensation**
