**Position Overview**
As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our remote team as Data Entry Specialists. Our aim is to facilitate digital transformation in the healthcare sector by streamlining workflows and enhancing the customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Input data accurately into the QuickClaim system using provided images.
- Identify document types based on supporting documentation.
- Review and ensure that entered data meets quality standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to process improvement suggestions.
- Complete tasks efficiently within designated timelines.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
**Compensation and Work Schedule**
- Hourly pay rate: $12.
- Full-time positions are preferred, with part-time opportunities available (minimum of 20 hours/week).
- Available shifts: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST.
**Desired Skills and Attributes**
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
- High attention to detail and a quick learner capable of following instructions diligently.
- Strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Typing proficiency of 50 WPM with 95% accuracy (WPM Typing Test) or 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy (KPH Typing Test).
