We are currently looking for detail-oriented and driven individuals to support our team as Data Entry Specialists.
## Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a continuous supply of images.
- Identify document types based on provided documentation.
- Review and verify that data entry meets or exceeds quality standards.
- Ensure confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) following HIPAA regulations.
- Interact professionally with team members as required.
- Recommend improvements to job processes.
- Complete all tasks within working hours.
- Perform other basic office duties as assigned.
## Compensation and Work Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $12 per hour.
- Options for part-time and full-time roles, with a preference for full-time availability (minimum of 20 hours per week).
- Shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday.
## Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
- Keen attention to detail while maintaining efficiency.
- Quick learner who can follow both simple and complex instructions.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client data.
- Proficient in reading and speaking English.
- Typing proficiency of 50 words per minute at 95% accuracy; 4,500 key strokes per hour at 95% accuracy.
