Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid/ remote role for a Customer Service Sales Representative at Bayou Movers. The representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing quotes, coordinating moving services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role is primarily based in Houston, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. We are looking for a motivated and friendly Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business through sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires great communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales:
• Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
• Respond to incoming inquiries, provide quotes, and close sales.
• Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Customer Service:
• Assist customers with questions about services, pricing, and scheduling.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide updates and confirmations on move logistics.
• Ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.
