Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead and scale our U.S. division. Reporting directly to the Founder/President, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our strategy to achieve 100,000 user sign-ups within 12 months and drive the overall growth of our U.S. operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the U.S. division.
- Fundraising: Lead U.S.-focused fundraising rounds to support growth initiatives.
- Growth Achievement: Drive user acquisition to meet the 100,000 sign-up goal within 12 months while maintaining budgetary discipline.
- Market Engagement: Manage B2C user initiatives and B2B partnerships to meet business objectives.
- Relationship Building: Forge and maintain strong relationships with banks, providers, and other key partners.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure daily operations are efficient and effective.
- Resource Management: Strategically manage the budget and allocate resources.
- Sales & Marketing: Build and lead a sales and marketing engine to support growth.
- Organizational Development: Create and lead a high-performing organizational structure.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations and standards.
- Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates to the executive team on progress and challenges.
Required Experience:
- Proven sales experience in payments solutions for banks, neo-banks, payment processors, or credit card companies.
- Extensive experience in B2C SaaS and/or FinTech sectors.
- Previous executive role in a high-growth startup environment.
- Track record of achieving significant user growth in competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. fintech market and regulatory landscape.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
