This is a Tech firm scaling rapidly to prepare for an IPO. We use EOS to operate and the baseline body of knowledge we use are the publications: Traction + Rocket Fuel ( Geno Wickman), and Art of War (Sun Tzu) combined with The 5 set book series Strategyzer [Business Model Generation, Value Proposition Design, Testing Business Ideas, High Impact Tools for Teams, and the Invincible Company] (Alex Osterwalder)

Role Summary:
Role Description: Chief of Staff to the CEO
As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will be instrumental in steering the future direction of DiversyFund. Your role is to provide comprehensive support to the CEO, focusing on CEO branding, business development, daily operations, strategic hiring, and high-level project management. This role requires a highly proactive, resourceful, and organized individual who can thrive in the dynamic environment of a start-up working toward achieving cash flow positivity. You will be a key player in embodying and promoting our core values, ensuring our mission to democratize private market investing is consistently championed across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:CEO Branding & Reputation Management
- Elevate the CEO’s industry profile through strategic engagements, thought leadership, and an active presence on social media.
- Manage and grow the CEO’s substantial social media following, ensuring alignment with the company’s branding strategy.
- Oversee DiversyFund’s social media presence, driving the “New Narrative” and enhancing the company’s reputation across all channels.
Business Development
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with our mission and growth objectives.
- Develop relationships with billionaires, influencers, channel partners, and significant capital partners to drive business growth.
Daily Operations & Reporting
- Streamline and manage daily operations, ensuring the CEO’s agenda is executed efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on company performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities to support data-driven decision-making.

- Drive views to the DiversyFund platform through consistent, engaging content.
- Schedule and coordinate podcasts, media appearances, and public speaking events each month.
- Monitor and manage DiversyFund’s narrative across social channels, ensuring positive brand engagement.
Project & Team Management
- Oversee and manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, emails, DMs, and daily administrative tasks.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s strategic goals.
- Directly manage the CEO’s content production team, including videographers, social media consultants, and VAs.
Committee Management
- Organize and manage the activities of the CXC Advisory Committee, ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives.
Strategic Reporting
- Provide internal reports to track the execution of DiversyFund’s strategic initiatives.
- Deliver external reports to the CEO, highlighting market trends and opportunities.
Team Leadership & System Implementation
- Lead the CEO’s content production and social engagement teams, driving initiatives that increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Take charge of third-party vendor management that are directly correlated with the CEO initiatives,, ensuring all external partnerships align with company goals.
- Implement and optimize systems for tracking the CEO’s key activities, measuring outcomes, and improving processes.
- Manage and nurture key relationships within the CEO’s network, ensuring consistent communication and engagement through the Keap CRM.
