Job Description
The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for supervising and directing the day-to-day activities of the laboratory. This position involves supervising and evaluating laboratory staff, coordinating laboratory activities to plan and establish work schedules in support of production, planning and implementing QA policies, conducting QA audits, identifying and resolving QA issues, reporting and documenting QA results, monitoring and ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing, maintaining, and communicating SOPs. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
