Job Description
The Program Manager, Customer Success (CS) Insights will focus on leading initiatives that support the growth of NetSuite Customer Success. They will manage projects from strategy definition, technology applications, program development, go-to-market and success criteria and tracking. Strong communication skills and teamwork are critical. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a commitment to driving new projects with diverse teams with a lack of strict frameworks.
Responsibilities Include
- Manage multiple projects supporting a specific business area (e.g., Sales Enablement, Product/Service Go to Market (GTM), and asset organization and communication)
- Leverage market research, develop service positioning and messaging, and drive CS go-to-market strategies to ensure our services resonate with the right customers and stand out against competitors
- Utilize research insights to identify specific pain points and localize messaging for deeper engagement.
- Develop and refine product strategic positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation by crafting clear, compelling value propositions
- Align positioning and messaging with market insights and company vision to convey the NetSuite Customer Success value proposition across various channels
- Partner with the Customer Success, Marketing and Sales teams on key productivity metrics, analyzing data and developing strategies/proposals that impact the customer experience
- Train sales teams on Customer Success, messaging, and marketing campaigns, ensuring sales readiness through regular communication and delivery of presentations and positioning content
- Collaborate with key NetSuite stakeholder groups on Customer Success opportunities, business opportunities and risks
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to proactively address gaps to drive sales and channel enablement
Preferred Qualifications Include
- 6 or more years in relevant roles related to customer success solutions, sales enablement, or go-to-market.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and product) to gather and share organizational knowledge.
- Strong business acumen, able to understand different growth strategies and recognize when a GTM approach isn’t working
- Ability to solve complex program issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and develops repeatable solutions
- Ability to provide strategic and tactical project updates to stakeholders, peers and leadership teams
- Ability to manage conflict resolutions and minimize project risk
- Experience with working with global teams as well as with sales, partners, customers, and senior management
- Experience working with customers, and commitment to quickly servicing their needs with excellence
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office Suite proficiency
Responsibilities
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Four years adult education experience (as teacher or curriculum developer). Seven years technical or professional experience using Oracle products or related software. Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge and experience. Knowledge of XML, Java, and J2EE technologies. Experience with Oracle18c or higher Database administration. Knowledge of Oracle18c or higher Application server.
