Job Title: Front Desk Administrator
Job Description
This person will report to the Head of HR. This position is open due to a recent promotion. This is a 6-month assignment with the potential for a long-term opportunity for the right candidate. The individual will sit at the front of the HR office and act as a liaison between HR and the front desk. Responsibilities include managing the desk, answering questions from customers and workers, recording messages, handling attendance issues, and managing the call-out line. This person must understand the importance of confidentiality in HR. The role involves filing both manually and digitally, copying papers, and using office machines such as copiers and fax machines. Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Time Clock Plus is required. Excellent customer service skills are essential when interacting with workers, staff, and customers. The individual will communicate with staffing agencies and must keep up with the fast-paced environment. Tracking lateral moves within the facility is also part of the job. This is a temporary position with the potential to become long-term.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in American Canyon, California.
Work Environment
Shift is 8AM-4:30PM with occasional overtime. Scheduling Admin can start at 6/7AM( must be flexible). The person will report to and sit with the Head of HR. Bilingual in Spanish is highly needed as this is a bilingual environment. Administrative office environment attached to a production factory. Two-story building requiring navigating stairs.
