Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Appointment Setters and Closers at e-Spaces Marketplace in Greater London, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves setting appointments, scheduling, lead generation, communication with stakeholders, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the education sector or procurement processes is a plus
- Experience with CRM software or appointment scheduling tools
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
