About the Role:
DecisionLinks is at the forefront of developing a groundbreaking solution for identity resolution using AI and large language models (LLMs) within a customized vector database. We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and spearhead the development and implementation of state-of-the-art machine learning models. In this role, you will leverage both internal and client-provided datasets to lead record-linking efforts and develop unique individual customer profiles. Your work will be pivotal in transitioning our core business processes to utilize LLMs by vectorizing datasets and embedding them into these models.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and test AI models
- Iterate on models to improve performance and accuracy.
- Apply matrix math and linear algebra knowledge for optimization.
- Design and implement machine learning models, focusing on LLMs and embeddings.
- Train models for enhanced performance, accuracy, and speed.
- Work with large-scale data processing pipelines to support model training and deployment.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with deep learning and gradient descent applications.
- Proficiency in working with Hugging Face models and transformer architectures.
- Familiarity with large vector databases
- Experience with open source Vector Databases ideally Milvus or Vectorlink
- Expertise in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with Snowflake and other data management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in embedding techniques.
- CUDA or experience with GPU acceleration.
- Experience using Inferential machines with AWS or other platforms such as Groq.
- Ability to run searches on very large vector databases.
