Key Responsibilities :
Bachelor degree in business/relevant disciplines, combined with min 5 years of progressive experience in similar roles in a global matrix organization.
- Demonstrated attention to detail; strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and providing recommendations.
- Experience with Workday .
- Providing a wide range of bonus related analysis and reporting globally, e.g. bonus pool modelling, data consolidation, etc,;
- Leading operational delivery of our annual Short Term Incentive programs, ensuring alignment with Hitachi Digital Companies guidelines and timelines.
- Providing day to day support to the Global Total Rewards team, assisting with other ad hoc analysis & advice to key business stakeholders and Human Resources.
- This position requires daily contact with broader HR team including HR Systems as well as with Finance and Legal teams.
- This role is for an ASAP start date, applicants must be immediately available or on short notice (2 weeks)
