The Quality Assurance Assistant will support the Quality Assurance team by ensuring accurate and timely updates to reports, managing data within Salesforce, and utilizing Microsoft Office and Power BI tools to enhance reporting capabilities. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of data integrity and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Report Management: Update and maintain quality assurance reports using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Data Analysis: Utilize Power BI to create, update, and analyze reports, ensuring data accuracy and insightful visualizations
- Salesforce Management: Manage and update data within Salesforce to ensure records are current and accurate
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations
- Support QA Team: Provide administrative and operational support to the QA team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure quality standards are maintained and issues are promptly addressed
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in a similar role within a quality assurance environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- More than 2 years of proven experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce for data management and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
