Job Description
As a UX/UI Designer Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional UX/UI design talent. You will work closely with our design teams and hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top-notch candidates who can elevate our user experience and interface design.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential UX/UI designers through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ portfolios to ensure alignment with our design standards and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with design team leads and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, team dynamics, and project needs.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process and representing your company effectively.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to advise on best practices and adjust strategies as needed.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on UX/UI design roles preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, tools, and processes to effectively evaluate candidates’ skills and portfolios.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Technology: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Familiarity with design tools and software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Design, or a related field is preferred.
