- Attention to detail – how well are things writing, grammatically correct (in the schemas)

Project Description
Projects are related to ecommerce – high traffic/transaction websites (responsive web design, desktop and mobile): features like key shopping experience, product finding, product selection, search/navigation, check out.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, product leaders, business partners, and development teams on enhancing and rolling out new features for our E-commerce website experience and enhancing our end-to-end customer experience.
Duties/Day To Day Overview
- Design the user experience on a range of projects.
- Build relationships and work strategically with executives, product managers, creative designers, researchers, technologists, and our brands. Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide user experience solutions and user research to meet the business needs
- Create journey maps, wireframes, UI, specifications, audits, heuristic evaluations, taxonomy recommendations, task flows, and prototypes
- Use a deep knowledge of design principles and human behavior to design exceptional frictionalless experiences
- Synthesize customer feedback, research, and analytics into actionable results
- Uses skills as seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
- Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways
- Strong knowledge of user experience and research best practices and methodology
- Customer focused with high quality standards
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, business communication and writing skills
Top Requirements
(Must haves) - 5+ years of experience in visual design and user experience
- Must have well-rounded background in E-Commerce
- Deep experience within the ecommerce domain is required (high transaction experience and heavy interaction design)
- Strong visual design experience, focusing more on attraction design and visual design and interactive design, provide bigger vision of interactive design for the website.
- Experience with Figma (they use this for everything - design and prototyping).
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of UX principles, practices and processes, and a track record of delivering UX solutions and value to product and engineering teams in a large-scale business.
- Creative and testing mindset – looking for someone to consider different approaches to ultimately find the best solution.
- Must be flexible in approach, comfortable presenting to multiple levels of stakeholders
- Proactive, high level of engagement, etc.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong fundamentals on information and interaction design, fundamentals of UX (preferably from a relevant Degree)
- Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize input from multiple groups
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Communication skills and collaborative.
- Understand what the stakeholders want and the design that they are looking for.
- Ability to be influential, negotiate the vision
- B.S./B.A. or higher in User Experience Design, Information Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related fields
