Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role (in-office 3 days/week - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) for a Senior Graphic Designer at Affordable Luxury Group. We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to support and grow our creative department. In this position, will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that resonates with our audience and strengthens our brand identity. We’re looking for a passionate, resourceful, adaptive, highly creative, and intelligent designer who is ready to work and learn in a collaborative team environment.
Job Duties
- Design digital and print content for brands' 360-marketing channels. Experience with Paid Ad concept/execution is a plus.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all brand communications are accurate and optimized to meet business goals.
- Design within and expand upon brand identities
- Utilize video and animation to maximize content performance
- Maintain visual identities of both brands.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Work closely with our creative team to ensure a clean workflow of projects through final approval, delivery, and distribution.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- PREFERRED - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in marketing or advertising.
- Experience in video animation.
- Direct experience working in-house for a D2C business is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including social media graphics and print materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print media.
- Experience in the handbag or fashion industry is a plus.
- UX/UI experience and knowledge of best practices is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design purposes is a plus.
