An entertainment company is looking for a Product Loyalty Associate to assist with developing and managing the company's loyalty program. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in project management, crafting compelling narratives, and creating strategic marketing plans. Proficiency in using Airtable and MS Office Suite are essential, along with strong communication skills, able to effectively engage stakeholders and partners.
TEMP: Up to 12 months duration
PAY: $46/hr
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and document the advancement of multiple tasks to guarantee on-time completion.
- Employ Airtable for managing projects, organizing assets, and maintaining structured workflows.
- Develop and oversee a strategic plan for the brand's loyalty initiatives.
- Interact with both internal and external parties to ensure coordination and effective collaboration.
- Cultivate and manage partnerships to support loyalty initiatives and ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor and maintain up-to-date and accessible assets related to loyalty initiatives.
- Design and execute marketing strategies for the brand's loyalty and perks programs.
- Support the leadership team with loyalty-related projects and provide strategic recommendations.
- Craft branding guidelines, positioning statements, and messaging for the loyalty program.
- Develop engaging narratives and create visually appealing presentations to effectively convey ideas.
- Plan, manage, and implement strategic projects to enhance the loyalty program and increase subscriber engagement.
Experience:
- A bachelor's degree
- Demonstrate expertise in project management with a strong capacity to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in using Airtable for managing projects and assets.
- Highly skilled in storytelling, designing slideware, and creating visually compelling presentations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for efficient stakeholder and partner engagement.
- Proven track record in formulating and implementing marketing strategies, especially for loyalty programs.
- Capability to assist leadership with strategic insights and operational responsibilities.
- Background in marketing or overseeing loyalty programs, particularly in the streaming or entertainment sector.
- Experience in developing branding guidelines and positioning statements.
- Skilled in creating and managing strategic roadmaps for marketing efforts.
- Exceptional organizational skills for tracking and managing diverse marketing assets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage cross-functional relationships.
