Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Service Management Program Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of service management and reporting governance for a large organization. You’ll collaborate with various service owners, manage service metrics, and facilitate monthly Management Business Reviews, playing a crucial role in improving service management practices and automating metrics.
In This Role You Will
- Drive the ongoing service management program across an organization of 200+ employees and 12+ active services
- Facilitate the annual review of service contracts, objectives, and metrics to ensure alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with Service Owners to review and report SLAs and KPIs on a monthly basis to leadership
- Assist teams in driving service mentality and updating service maturity progress

The Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of experience in service management, including SLA and KPI establishment
- Extensive experience in cross-team collaboration and large-scale project management
- Basic understanding and experience with OKRs
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
- Experience creating dashboards or automating metrics
