Project Management and Coordination 30% Capacity
- Project manage deep dive review working sessions and follow-ups with stakeholders across HR
- Establish and coordinate document review schedule with Compliance partners, as needed
- Assist with long-term job aid documentation plan and manage the transition to get to that end-state
Administrative 40% Capacity
- Update and maintain the master job aid inventory until HR can transition into a sustainable maintenance mode (roughly 1,400 documents and growing)
- Convert all documentation to updated, streamlined formatting as needed (includes policies, procedures and standards not just job aids, so more like 1,800 documents and growing)
Reporting & Metrics 10% Capacity
- Produce any summary documentation and status updates for Policy & Procedure workstream
Additional 20% capacity = Additional administration and team meetings, Training, Time-Off, etc.
