Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for an Office Administrative Aid (OAA) to assist in the Operations Support Bureau. The Office Administrative Aid (OAA) will provide administrative support for Public Health programs by assisting with management, logistics, data entry, basic analyses, activity tracking and monitoring, and other activities, as needed. The OAA will perform routine technical administrative duties on a wide variety of consultative and analytical assignments, such as budget, personnel, organization, program, procedures, systems, and facilities planning.
The positions will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and are initially funded through 6/30/25, with the good chance of extension.
Pay Rate-
$25.04/hr working 40 hours a week

Job Duties
- assist in coordination of meetings and other appointments, documentation, memos, minutes, and the logistics of onboarding and offboarding staff.
- They will support data integrity through data entry and data corrections as directed by the epidemiology team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university; and
- A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
