The Opportunity
The Adobe Enterprise Security team is looking for a Junior Security DLP Administrator to play a meaningful role in our cybersecurity data protection program. Data leaks can come in many forms and with many intentions – often accidental. However, ensuring critical information is protected is a dynamic effort spanning many teams and technologies with a collective goal of keeping data properly protected and secured. You will work in tandem with senior engineers, incident responders, legal and privacy teams, operational teams, security architecture teams, and user community teams throughout Adobe to understand, design, and implement data protection strategies. What You’ll Do
- Help develop, test, and deploy DLP technologies and policies
- Develop and present comprehensive and accurate reports, trainings and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Work closely with stakeholders from almost every part of the business
- Conduct log analysis in support of data protection initiatives
- Assist in assessing gaps, tools, and options to recommend and implement mitigation strategies and countermeasures to improve overall data protection and business data flows
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and principles.
- Familiarity with security technologies, including SIEM, DLP, CASB and endpoint security tools.
- Knowledge of common cyber threats and data exfiltration methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Desire to learn and grow in the field of cybersecurity.
- A coordinated approach that seeks to build and nurture relationships
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Availability as needed for critical events
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $51,400 -- $135,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
