Position: Community Program Manager
Payment: $55,000-$75,000

Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Strategy:◦ Develop and refine the program strategy; align program direction with businessobjectives and evolving goals.
2. Program Target Setting & Results:◦ Set program targets and metrics, actively track results against the plan.◦ Full ownership of results across performance metrics, including sales, UGC, and brandengagement.
3. Program Execution:a. Engagement and Communication:
▪ Manage Insider identification, outreach, and qualification.
▪ Design and implement onboarding workflows, email campaigns, and messaging.
▪ Engage with top Velo Insiders to support community engagement and referral efforts.b. Program Design & Refinement:
▪ Drive strategy for reward and incentive structures.
▪ Incorporate Insider feedback and ensure internal feasibility of plans.c. Monitoring and Reporting:▪ Ensure high attention to detail in designing and delivering new initiatives.
▪ Monitor results to understand efficacy and make necessary adjustments.
▪ Use data analysis to drive strategic program decisions.d.
Content and Resource Management:
▪ Lead the delivery of the Velo Insider webpage, including copywriting, brandmessaging, design, and content collection.
▪ Create and maintain internal team resources, documenting tools and processes used.e.
Team Collaboration and Supervision:
▪ Delegate tasks and guide/coach team members for success.
▪ Supervise part-time staff and interns.
Qualifications:
• Interested in exploring the e-bike consumer groups and quickly integrating into and understanding these groups.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing-related fields.
• Customer-facing working experience, client management skills.• Excellent communication skills.• Experience in the transportation sector, specifically micromobility, is a plus.
• Extensive professional and personal network in the industry; passion for cycling and urbanmobility.
• Detail orientation.
• Collaboration within and beyond the team.
• Fast mover, less than three years of work experience.
