We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Administrative Assistant to support our team remotely from Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Organize virtual meetings and prepare agendas
- Handle email correspondence and phone calls
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing platforms
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in administrative roles
- Familiarity with UAE business practices
