4 Corner Resources is currently seeking Tier 1 Technical Support Representatives for one of our clients, an award-winning university in the Central Florida area.

Tier 1 Technical Support Representative Overview:
The Tier 1Technical Support Representative provides the first level of technical support to users that are encountering a variety of technical-related issues as they use their computers, the online platform, and course-related materials, and as they progress through their courses and education
Tier 1 Technical Support Representative Requirements:
- Must have a working knowledge of Apple products and/or MAC operating systems
- Familiarity with the Windows operating system and baseline level functions
- Must have prior technical support experience
- Must be able to work a late-night shift (as late as 3:00 am) and weekends
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Tier 1 Technical Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to user during any interaction
- Support the functionality and use of the learning management system online platform
- Troubleshoot and research issues to identify root causes
- Ability to multi-task; handle a phone queue and log transactions
Tier 1 Technical Support Representative Pay:
Tier 1 Technical Support Representative Hours:
- Start Date: October 14, 2024
- The schedule will be four 10.5-hour days per week.
- Must be willing to work weekends and have open availability.
- There are daytime shifts, however we are focused on filling the nights shifts:
- 1:30pm-12:00am
- 4:30pm-3:00am
- Training schedule will vary from actual schedule.
