Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of call center experience
- Must have excellent problem solving, time management, and detail orientation skills
- Must be able to work with little or no management intervention or instruction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- People-Oriented
You Will:
- Answer customer questions via our online communication tool and direct questions to the correct team member
- Answer basic product questions
- Help with post-sales issues
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
