Responsibilities
- Support the CEO and President of the Company
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Manage day-to-day operations and activities within the office
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Manage employee’s payroll and expense reports and commissions
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
- Honest, trustworthy and dependable with excellent work ethic and high integrity
- Strong sales and accounting background
- HR knowledge and experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Excel, PowerPoint
