Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record in project management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and content management systems.
Advanced data analysis skills, including expertise in Tableau.
Experience with employee giving and volunteering software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven event planning and execution experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Impact Hub Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the Employee Impact Hub, ensuring its smooth functioning and relevance.
Maintain and update resource documents to keep content current and informative.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Hub.
Conduct thorough reviews of grants and matches to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Utilize Tableau to analyze data, generate insightful reports, and identify program trends.
Inbox Management:
Efficiently manage and respond to inquiries and requests submitted to the Gap Foundation inbox.
Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
Employee Communication:
Draft and edit engaging content for internal newsletters, listservs, and other employee-facing communications.
Create and maintain updated content for various internal platforms.
Event Management:
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute successful employee events.
Contribute to the design, material development, and coordination of events.
Ensure events align with objectives and run smoothly.
