Ingenium Talent, a Louisville-based professional search firm, is working with a local IT consulting firm in their search for an experienced Microsoft Office 365 Administrator. This role will be critical in providing high-quality technical support and services to our clients' customer base. Our client is open to a combination of on-site and remote but would consider fully remote for the right candidate.
This is a full-time position with very unique benefits including a four-day work week and four weeks of PTO to start.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide 1st-2nd line support to clients; be the voice of the support team.
- Execution of, and maintaining of, ticketing system for client support requests.
- Troubleshoot common hardware/software issues
- Proactive maintenance of, and emergency reaction to network, hardware, software failures.
- Maintain security of data, network, and back-up systems.
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing corporate IT systems, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in identifying, implementing, and administering new corporate tools and processes.
- Administration of client PCs, Networks, Servers, Telephony, and Infrastructure.
- Maintaining current documentation of client processes.
- Performance reports for client consumption.
- Providing on-site support to clients when needed.
- Developing your skillset to further your career goals
Minimum Qualifications including possessing at least four to five years of experience supporting the following:
- Windows 10/11 Pro
- Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
- Hypervisor Platforms – Hyper-V, VMWare ESXi, XCP-ng
- Windows Server Services & Features – Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, DFS, etc.
- Office 365 / Microsoft 365 – All Features
- Remote Desktop Services
- Azure Cloud Technology
- VOIP, SIP & PBX Technologies
- Backup Topologies and Management
- TCP/IP Networking, IPSec, VPN, SSL, TLS, WLAN
- Configuration of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Gateways, Network-Layout and Topology
- Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools
- Call logging, management, and closure within SLA
- PowerShell scripting
- Possess the ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
