**Job Overview**
We are seeking an individual to play a key role in enhancing product excellence within our organization. **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop strong feedback loops with stakeholders and customers to provide valuable insights to product and revenue teams.
- Lead strategy, planning, and review sessions for the Product team, ensuring departmental alignment and resource availability.
- Act as a representative for the product organization, enhancing product knowledge throughout the company and supporting related processes and strategies.
- Improve product processes to ensure consistent best practices across the organization, promoting successful outcomes.
- Oversee the creation, updating, and communication of the global product roadmap.
- Establish and maintain talent development, onboarding, and learning programs that foster engagement and career growth.
- Collaborate with Financial Planning and Analysis to effectively manage budgets, ensuring planned execution and analysis for optimal return on investment.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in a product operations or business operations leadership role, particularly in large-scale settings.
- Minimum of 5 years in people management.
- Thorough understanding of Product Management principles.
- Background in a metrics-driven product organization.
- Experience as a Product Manager or in a consulting role is beneficial.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to create a sense of community among cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with a history of meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable communicating with engineers, operations teams, and senior executives.
**Compensation and Benefits**
