Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Digital Customer Experience - Decision Analytics Consultant, you will:
- Lead Multiple Projects: Manage various projects and client relationships, focusing on digital marketing and media.
- Develop Digital Media Strategies: Create and implement digital media strategies, plans, and campaigns for clients across multiple channels from onboarding to billing and reconciliation.
- Oversee Campaign Execution: Direct the day-to-day operations of the activation team, ensuring successful campaign creation and implementation.
- Drive Measurement & Analytics: Develop analytics approaches for clients to optimize short-term and long-term business success, including omni channel strategies where applicable.
- Consult with Top Clients: Act as a consultative expert in media, working directly with decision-makers at Fortune 500 life sciences companies and brands.
- Foster Strategic Partnerships: Provide subject matter expertise to clients, partners, and internal teams, and develop strategic partnerships.
- Implement New Tools & Capabilities: Introduce new tools, data sources, and media measurement techniques to enhance media planning and buying capabilities.
- Grow & Lead a Media Team: Lead the development and growth of a media team, including onboarding new technology and data to enhance media planning and buying services.
- Collaborate & Work closely with the team to implement best-in-class digital marketing solutions across activation, measurement, and analytics.
Qualifications:
- To excel in this role, you should have: 8+ Years of Experience: Extensive experience in media planning with deep knowledge of digital strategy, planning, measurement, and buying.
- Hands-On Platform Experience: Experience with demand-side platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360) is a plus.
- Client Relationship Management: Proven experience managing client relationships.
- Pharma Experience: Experience working with Pharma clients is a plus.
- Data Evaluation Expertise: Strong understanding of data evaluation methodologies and their application in optimizing marketing performance. Experience with MTA and Marketing Mix is a plus.
- Self-Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities with a keen attention to detail.
- Leadership Ambition: A strong desire to build and grow a media planning and buying team while developing yourself as a subject matter expert.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to distil key ideas for teams that may not be digitally savvy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.
